goals. Protecting personal information and using it in a
manner consistent with your expectations is a high priority
for everyone associated with this Credit Union. As a member
of this Credit Union, you also have a responsibility to

To ensure that
you can rely upon the quality of products and services we
make available, this Credit Union stands behind the

The Credit Union
receives nonpublic information about you from the following
sources:
a) Information furnished by you on applications or other
forms
b) Information about your transactions with us or others
c) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency
d) E-mail and electronic information sources.
We do not
disclose any nonpublic information about you to anyone
except as permitted by law, and only when such disclosure is
in the best interest of the member. If you decide to
terminate your membership or you become an inactive member,
we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and
practices as described in this notice.
Information
Security
This Credit Union will protect your personal information. We
will maintain strong security controls to ensure that member
information in our files and computers is protected. Where
appropriate, we will use security coding techniques to
protect against unauthorized access to personal records,
ensure accuracy and integrity of communications and
transactions, and protect member confidentiality.
We restrict
access of your nonpublic personal information to our
employees who need to know that information to provide
products and services to you. As a member of this Credit
Union, you will always have access to your information and
you will always have the opportunity to review your
information and make necessary changes to ensure that our
records are complete and accurate.
Third-Party
Information Sharing Practices
This Credit Union will share information only when
absolutely necessary. We will share information only to
administer the products and services we provide, when
required to do so by the government or law enforcement for
regulatory reasons, such as tax reporting purposes, or a
court order, and when we partner whit other businesses to
offer a broader array of products and services.
This Credit
Union will partner only with the businesses that follow
strict confidentiality requirements. The businesses we
select, as approved by the management and Board of the
Credit Union, will offer products designed to enhance the
economic well being of all members. Under no circumstances
will we authorize these firms to charge your account without
your express consent, and we will not sell member
information to telemarketing firms.
If, at any time,
the Credit union chooses to engage in an information sharing
program, we will offer you the opportunity to either agree
(opt-in) or decline (opt-out) of participation in any such
program. This process will ensure each member has the choice
to keep their information from being shared with our
business partners. We will inform you on how to exercise
your choice, and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure
your requests are followed.
Direct
Marketing
You may opt-out from receiving direct marketing offers –
sent by postal mail, telephone and/or e-mail – from the
Credit Union. These offers provide valuable information
about products and services and current specials that may be
of interest to you. If you choose not to receive this
information, please notify us using the contact information
in this notice. Please note that we may continue to contact
you to service your account as needed. Similarly, the Credit
Union may continue providing marketing information as part
of your statement(s), including online, and via ATM
channels.
