As a member of CPCU, the security of your personal and account information is of extreme importance to us. We have developed a thorough information security program to ensure that your information is kept confidential.
 

 

 

By practicing good security habits, you can assist us in the protection of your private information. To safeguard your personal information, please follow these guidelines:
 
Never disclose ANY personal identifying information requested via an unsolicited email or phone call, which may include the following:

 
  CPCU account numbers, Debit/ATM or credit card numbers.
  Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) and passwords.
  Social security number.
  Mother's maiden name.
  Or other private information.

 
Never reveal your PIN to anyone, including CPCU staff.
Change your PIN at one of our branch locations, if you suspect it may have been compromised.
Store your card number and PIN separately, and never write your PIN on your card.
If you use Online Banking or Bill Pay, log out when finished and close your browser before leaving your computer.
Never leave your computer unattended during an Online Banking session.
Never use email to send your non-public information. Please always use our secure online form to communicate with us.


Beware of any email asking you to log into Online Banking if it does not link to the official CPCU Credit Union website.

Should you ever receive a call or email that you feel is a scam or illegitimate, please inform a Member Service Representative at 617-547-3144.
